The Best Live Chat I've Found

It's Official I have found the best live Chat!

Let me start off by saying I do not work for JivoChat . I do however use them on all my sites and love them! I am always trying to help people out with the best tools for their business and this is definitely  one of them!

I have used Zopim for years. I loved them. I was completely content. Then, they were purchased by ZenDesk and yup, you guessed it prices sky rocketed! I would have probably been fine with paying the higher price but this is what started me on my quest to find a new live chat feature. 

I went to log into my dashboard because my iphone app was not connecting anymore. To my surprise, I couldn't get logged in on my desktop either. I called the support line which was a total pain in the butt. I was already frustrated when they told me my account had been canceled because of non-payment. Ofcourse I was confused because I was set up on auto pay...but because they bought out Zopim I needed to update my credit card information.  I was pissed! turns out for one whole month my chat had been disabled and I just thought no-one needed to chat lol.  No-one emailed me, called me, texted me..nothing. I told them that was it, I would find someone else and never be a return customer after six years!

I stumbled across JivoChat.   What I realized immediately was that JivoChat  offered a million more features and option that Zopim, now Zendesk did at the same cost. They had a mobile app which was a must have for me as I am always on the go and want to be able to easier answer chat requests from my phone.   JivoChat allows you to have chats on multiple websites so no more logging in and out of each account. I am able to have all 5 of my websites on my JivoChat account as well ass set different operator pictures and names.  
JivoChat  offers the ability to swipe your status to available or not easier from you mobile device and set up the auto response. With Zopim (ZenDesk) I was paying for my account that gave me one website and limited features but with JivoChat  I pay the same amount and get tons of great features and websites. I now have auto chat which allows me to offer help after the customer is on the site for 30 seconds. This alone has increased my conversions by 20% or more!

One more thing that is a huge thing for me is support! JivoChat  has 24/7 support which for me is a HUGE asset. Love the fact that they are available always to help you make sure your chat is up and running at all times.

I can't say enough good things about them honestly. I use them on all the websites I build and my clients are always so happy with the ease of use and how much of a difference having a live chat feature can make in their business.
